Hello Wendy, we are related through the Moon line, my family is descended from Edward Moon who was Dorothy Moon's brother. Dorothy is mentioned in a family history written by Edward's granddaughter Sarah - she went to Dorothy's funeral at Maker Church.Interesting to see the details of Dorothy's children. Large family! Best wishes, Rosemary |

Hello, I was looking at your family tree and I think you are related to me. However some of the information doesn't quite tally up. In your third generation you have GEORGE STEER born 1830 and CLARA SELINA FOSTER born 1832. If they are the same people they are my great grandparents. My maternal grandmother was SARAH MARY JANE STEER, born Plymouth 5th November 1868, died 6th May 1918. You have a SARAH LOUISA? My Sarah's siblings were, William, Agnes, Samuel, Henry, Charlotte, George & Emma. Do you think we are talking about the same people? If we are I can give you some more information if you are interested? Its great to see all of the work you have done on the Steer family. I have some photo's as well. |

Hi John I saw you at your Dads funeral last year but I dont suppose you took much notice of who was there. Your Dad was very helpful to me with info about Granddad and the Neale & Easterbrook families. Say hello to your mum for me hope she is ok. If you are on facebook add me to your list. There are a lot of our family on there. wendy |

Came across this site by accident. My father was Henry (Harry) Neale. Evelyn Steer is my Aunt. I think when we were younger we used to visit. I remember your brother Ian? when you lived in St Budeaux. Great research well done. |

What a fantastic website, I am related to George Steer 1800 and something. Richard third son of George Steer is my direct line, As well as Bottrill. I am a 6th Generation From George. I wish they could find out what George it was on the Steer Family website. They told me it is out of three of them. It is very confusing as they havent given second names. Regards Janine Hand (Steer) |
