You can camp in Unicoi State Park. Their website has a cpiasmte section that says:primitive walk in sites $14 per night(I'm not sure how far the walk is)squirrels nest platforms $10 per nightregular tent sites (water and electric here, so the cheaper option is likely fine with you) are just at $20.
