Great site Peter, I've used some of the information already, I hope that's OK, but for an old subs install, telephone exchange installation type the technical stuff is a bit much for an old bloke, but the story needs to be told. Congratulations. I bet Telstra's National Communication Museum hasn't got any of the stuff in here. So much for preserving the heritage of the PMG. Telecom, OTC, Telstra and even AWA as I have found out. |

Great memories of working all Australian Coast Stations. They were up there with the best. Completed many trips as Radio Officer around the Australian and NZ coasts in the 70s |

Many great memories of hearing the coast stations on MW - 500 kHz - when posted at USCG Guam Radio/NRV 1980-84. Always great sigs and I have lots of QSL cards from them too! |
