Sorry I didn’t respond earlier, but I just learned of Lou’s passing. To say I’m shocked seems so inadequate. I know we drifted apart in our adult years,, but I often thought of him, and of all the great times we had growing up. I still have to smile at some of the crazy things we did, and I know I’ll miss him so much. He was such a big part of my early life, and I just assumed he would always be around. Ingrid and I send our deepest sympathy t you, and your family, Donna.

Condolences to the entire family. What a great guy. Always willing to lend a hand, offer advice and never in such a hurry where he couldn’t stop for a roadside chat. So many families here on Pistol are grateful for the beach access when the kids were young, many great memories made there. He was so proud of his grandchildren, pictures all hung from the truck mirror. We will miss him greatly but very thankful for the time we had. Cheers Lou, see ya down the road.

Dear Donna and Jodie, Duncan and I were shocked and saddened to hear of Louie's passing. It's been too many years since we've been to Minaki. We have wonderful memories of times spent together back in the 70's. We are holding you in our hearts and pray that your memories will comfort you in the days and weeks to come.

To Donna and family. So sorry to hear of Lou passing. Always enjoyed talking with Lou whenever we saw him along Charlesworth Road. Generous with the beach use for kids and families.
