Bill, my dear friend, I was so very sorry to hear about Janet. I have many wonderful memories of us all together. I remember her singing BOH PREDVICHNY during our Christmas sing songs and the dozens of her chocolate chip cookies she served me over the years. May she rest in peace. |

Thank you for calling with the news of Janet's passing. While another chapter in the family has closed, it brought back so many memories. Stopping in Kenora, on the way to Winnipeg, to visit Uncle Nick, Aunty Kay, and you and Janet. And you, "risking your life!!!" driving on the 401 to visit my parents. May I offer my sincere condolences on Janet’s passing. As a little girl on Fourth St N, Janet was a neighbour only 2 doors away….I remember thinking she was so grown up and lovely and I admired her greatly. Then, this man came to teach at my school, Mr Toner….such a big change from ladies and the Sisters of the Holy Name. The rest is a story of love and devotion, to each other and the ways of the Lord.
