Thank you Jackie and staff you catered for my aunt Hazels funeral reception at the Ibis Hotel Hagley road on the 18rh March first I would like to thank your staff for helping me I needed to complete the condolences table and their help was appreciated. The food was delicious the servings plentiful and the variety good I will definitely recommend your services to others once again thank you.

Rose's Aroma catered for a funeral I I attended a couple of days ago (18th March) and I must say, the quality of the food was par excellence. Excellent Service from Rose's Aroma. They catered for my father's funeral and travelled from the West Midlands to London and provided a sumptuous variety of food in the form of a takeaway because of Covid restrictions. I would highly recommend Rose's Aroma. Thank you Jackie and team.

This is the 3rd time we have used Rose’s Aroma and we have never been disappointed. The standard of service, the freshness and taste of the food is second to none. The food is delivered on time, the staff are so polite, professional and courteous. But the the food is the star. It is outstanding in flavour and the quantities are more than generous. Everyone is catered for, just ask and Jackie will recommend a perfect menu. Everyone wants and gets seconds, and there’s always enough to take home. Jackie recently catered for my Moms 90th Birthday, when the food arrived, it made her day as no cooks oxtail as good as mom, except maybe Jackie. High praise indeed. X
I can’t recommend Rose’s Aroma highly enough, the ONLY caterer for your Caribbean food experience that you will ever need.

Jackie catered for my nans funeral on Saturday the 14th of December 2019 following family recommendations . The service she provided along with her team was amazing. Her and the team were professional and polite. The food was delicious (especially the mac and cheese 😉) there was literally something for everyone including the kids! The food was served in a timely manner so no one was waiting around. The elderly were also well looked after which means the most to me! I will definitely recommend this company for catering at any event!

I used Rose’s Aroma for my Dads funeral recently, on recommendation, however I was nervous to use a catering company whose food I had not tried.
HOWEVER
Jackie was very professional and has a wealth of experience so she could advise me on my choice of menu.
She catered for a 100 people with ease and her team were spotlessly clean, friendly and efficient.
The Caribbean food was delicious and everyone commented on how enjoyable it was. I also had some tray of sandwiches which very fresh and the filling covered some choice for all.
I would definitely use Rose’s Aroma again and I would highly endorse Jackie’s business to anyone.

A five star service - thank you.

Jackie and Team - Fantastic Service!!! From start to finish this experience has been amazing. I contacted Jackie on the advice of someone who had used their services. I had no experience of organising catering for a funeral and Jackie gave me valuable advice which significantly contributed to making the funeral memorable for all. The food was GREAT, authentic Caribbean food, the taste was amazing! I spoke with all who attended and all complimented on the food without me having to ask :-). A very nice touch, that a lucky few took advantage of, was that they could take some of the food home, the food was packaged perfectly for them and is now being enjoyed in locations such as Northampton, Birmingham and London! Customer service truly 'above and beyond', food served with a smile and Jackie personally ensuring all were happy and enjoying their meal.

Well where do I start. I recently attend a funeral at a venue where you served the most delicious vegetarian dishes. From the soup which was delicious, I had to have several cups. The main course was exquisite, the batter on the fish in could not believe that batter on fish tasted so divine and the vegetarian balls👍👍. My only disappointment is that I cannot come to and invite my friends to come and sit down for a Sunday lunch. But I pray that God will open up a door for you soon. Thank you for that delicious meal. I used this service for a professional event and the food was exquisite! All the guests loved the food and raved about theie meals- vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Jackie was professional and easy to both communicate and work with. She met all our needs. Worth every penny.

Well welll welll where do i start, has to be with jackie and her team im sorry i no the taste of the food was out of this world but i hav to start with the people behind it! From the start jackie and her attention to detail is second to non helpful is an understatement! Then to her AMAZING TEAM! Wow every single one of my guest commented on how nice they all were, and the compliment i was given every time i sen one working hard was unreal! At one point we said to the ladies come on boss has gone come and part! Lol sorry jackie! NOW FOR THE FOOD ONE WORD OUTSTANDING! My mom and nan was impressed to the max and that is not a easy task! I cannot reccomend jackie and her team enough! Neva would i use any1 else

Attended an event at Langley Green, Oldbury and Rosie's Aroma was carrying out the catering. Wow. Firstly the aroma was amazing before I got close to the good. Then once on my plate, it tasted stunning. Everything was so tasty, the curried goat, deep fried chicken, rice and peas, just perfect. Staff were lovely too. Highly recommended.

I first tasted Roses Aroma at a funeral & the food was outstanding, but what stuck in my mind was the apple crumble with hot custard, it was as if it had just come out the oven. I immediately booked her for my 50th & moms 90th joint party. She looked at every angle, old, diabetic, vegetarian, English & young guests and planned an amazing menu. One week on and I am still getting compliments about the food. Outstanding, professional, well organised and on time company. Food is of the highest quality & staff are very pleasant. There will be no other caterer for me, Roses Aromora all the way. Jackie Thank you very much for your excellent service & making something that could be difficult so easy. I booked Jackie for my mums 90th birthday party catering for 100 guests, the food was amazing lots of feedback from the guests asking about the fish, festival, curry goat etc.,
there were plenty of verity and everyone had lots to eat. the team was very professional and friendly, I will certainly book them again and recommend to my friends and family,

The food and the service was absolutely amazing. The amount of compliments we had about the food is mind blowing. People have asked for the vegan recipes because they've never tasted anything like it. One of my friends asked if you make patties. I would definitely recommend Rose's Aroma. We took the risk after finding Roses Aromas on the web and booked this company for the catering for my wife's birthday. I asked for catering for 30 people and there was certainly more than enough. There was sufficient variety to cater for children and those with more ambitious tastes. Opinion was divided on which was the best dish: half said the fish and the other half said the curry goat (which was beautifully tender). The food was delivered on time and when we said it was ready for clearing away the pick up was prompt. Certainly a firm that we will use again.

Where do I begin….How do you describe excellence!!!
From the moment I made contact with Jackie I knew I was in great genuine safe hands! Jackie did the catering for my daughters christening and my god we were blown away! This is not just a food service they give great customer service, service with a smile and will do all they can do to accommodate you. Everybody commented on the food and how tasty it was. My personal favourite the curry goat!!! So rich and so tasty. This is a professional team who arrive on time and keep you updated all the way. Jackie recently catered for my father's funeral. A very important occasion for our family and ensuring the meal for the re-pass was of a high standard was essential. Jackie was incredible. Extremely professional from the outset she guided and advised us with total transparency and honesty. We felt completely confident in her ability to deliver. She and her team did not disappoint. The professionalism extended throughout the event itself, her entire team were excellent. Now, to mention the food...it was extraordinary! Absolutely fabulous flavours and for fish lovers you will be blown away. The vegan soup and curry was also a fantastic highlight. I would recommend Roses Aroma to anyone looking for exceptional Caribbean catering and a personable, professional team.

Well what can I say.... I was first recommended Jackie by our chosen wedding venue who informed us how a previous client had such a successful evening of good quality food & compliments. As soon as I contacted Jackie to discuss our soul food menu requests for our forthcoming wedding she advised us on what she could do & gave us other suggestions that we wouldn't of thought of. She ensured all ages and cultures were catered for. The food taster was second to none, all very tasty. The organisation over the weeks running up to the wedding was professional, invoices sent on time and accurate. The food was an important part of our big day and Jackie ensured that we had nothing to worry about. The food on the day exceeded our expectations, every single guests still comments to this day how delicious all the food was and plenty left over for seconds which you never get at a wedding. I would highly recommend Roses Aroma to everyone. Jackie's whole team were professional, service with smiles, very attentive, served generous portions & piping hot. Myself, Friends and family will certainly be using the company again in the near future.

Jackie provided a selection of food for my Dad's surprise birthday party on New Years Day. She had previously catered for my Aunty's wedding a year ago and another family occasion since. We had excellent feedback from our guests about the quality of food. What was great for us was that she was so flexible as well - she left us with the hot plates to keep the food warm, and also a big heatproof bag to store the food in. This meant that we could serve it when we liked and then we just dropped the equipment back the next day. I would say that her food is brilliant value too.
